or you can walk down the hill to the fabulous Pacific Ocean and

The House itself is over 900 sq ft of living space on the 3rd and top
floor of a well maintained condo complex. Outside patio deck with
mountain views on clear days, open kitchen with breakfast bar for two
opens to living and dining room. Kitchen has all stainless steel
appliances, granite countertops and fully equipped kitchen including
Vitamix blender ! The living room has couch, ottoman, Samsung
Electronics; Blu-ray, flat screen and receiver. Dining room has a 6
person solid teak table.
The house has mostly wood floors throughout with carpeting in the
bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a private full bath with a flat screen TV, iPhone
plug in radio/cd player and an Eastern King bed.
The second bedroom has a flat screen with Xbox and iPhone compatible
radio and a Queen bed. The second bath is also a full bath.
One King, one Queen, Time Warner CABLE TV, Wireless internet, CD player,
M/W, DW, 2 CAR parking and 2 bicycles. On site Laundry area.
