Reservations: Tentative reservations are accepted for our vacation rental by phone, fax or email and are held for two weeks while a contract is mailed out.

Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee: We require a refundable security/damage deposit($1500.00) and a non-refundable cleaning fee ($125.00) for each reservation. The total amount for the security is due within 7 days of receiving contract. Your deposit will be returned to you by mail or credited to your account within one week of departure. The cleaning fee is at time of cleaning and made out to to cleaning person directly. For stays longer than 2 weeks we require a second cleaning. All payments should be made by personal or cashier's check, or bank wire. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Check In/Out Times: Our check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time of 11:00 AM. Let me know if you need some flexibility on these times and I will try to accommodate you.

Smoking: For the comfort and courtesy of our renters the vacation property has a NO SMOKING POLICY.

Pets: Please ask about pets.

Directions: For directions to the property please call, email or see directions.

Minimum Stay: 7 days.  Shorter stays are also welcome depending on availability. Call!

Payment: One half of the total amount due is required within 7 days of receiving the contract. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. All payments should be made by personal or cashier's check, or bank wire. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Cancellations: Must be in writing by fax or e-mail. Deposits and payments are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to your planned arrival. Cancellation notification of less than 60 days may result in forfeiture of the rent. There will be no forfeiture if I am able to re-rent to another party for the period affected by the cancellation. If you are not within the 60 day window then the following seven day cancellation policy applies, after the seventh day reservations are final!

Keys: Kept in a lock box at the property. The current combination and location will be sent with your payment confirmation.
